Since 1974, Ocean City Driving School. has been a leader in driver education. Chuck Snyder started with one vehicle and a small office operating exclusively in Camden County. Today the driver education school operates statewide in New Jersey and has 30 vehicles and 25 instructors. We average approximately 4000 new drivers on an annual basis. With a background in education, the founder and owner, Mr. Snyder emphasizes high quality instruction. With five years of classroom teaching experience in the New Jersey public school system and a B.S. in Education, Mr. Snyder has the knowledge to provide an effective program. This background has allowed for the development of a comprehensive instructional method. Most students will learn the fundamentals of defensive driving in a six-hour driver education program.
